1 ) Marcellus shale drillers have come to Tubmill watershed. Nestled along the bank of upper Tubmill at the intersection of "Ross Mtn. Road" & "Shrum Hill Road" sets X.T.O. Energy's drill rig.
T.T.C.'s Environmental officer Kurt Limbach along with Western Pennsylvania Concervancy's Ben Wright met with site development engineers expressing concerns. X.T.O. has been receptive and positive in response to these concerns with site improvements where recommended by Ben and Kurt.
Drilling at a 24 hour a day clip till depth is reached. It's some operation.
